So i yesterday reached Class D, and enlisted a car for that class, can i Un-enlist my Class E car?

So i yesterday reached Class D, and enlisted a car for that class, can i Un-enlist my Class E car?
If you have not done any upgrades to it, you can un-enlist a car. But once you spend upgrade points, there is no way to get rid of it.
