Failing to report a fluke/loophole in the game and taking advantage of it is forbidden.
So can STAFF please define fluke/loophole? So holding a person with 1 health is that not a loophole to break a chain? So using the glass door to get a medical merit is that not a loophole? To kick everyone out of the faction to avoid respect loss is that not a loophole? How is some bug abuse allowed and others are not?
If the developers made it that way and did not change it does that make it bug abuse? So everyone has ever used those examples are they not guilty of that rule?

They are within the games' rules.
A bug abuse would be if you could somehow generate infinite energy or cash from something, an interaction that was clearly not intended by the developers.
plus you cant hold people at 0 life for 15 minutes like you used to , max is 5 minutes now which wont break a chain.
even so its lame to kick everyone out of faction it doesnt prevent respect loss, you can still hit the bonuses on that one player and if you are smart enough about chaining can beat them eventually.
How does one know if that was the developers intention? Are we supposed to be mind readers? I disagree with your answer I feel those are all bugs/loopholes if they were intended that way they would have been mentioned in the changes when they were released. If I find a flaw in the game design how is that a bug or a loop hole if I do not know how it was intended?

This question has been asked a few times and it's a well known tactic which was used back when i was in HT 3-4 years ago
There are quite a few "exploits" like this, there's one which you can use which can find out who attacked you even if they stealth but was confirmed by an admin as working as planned.
it's not really a flaw, just a clever use of mechanics :/
1. i havent been warned by anyone, i been told by you and your not staff 2. i was replying to blexi not to you. 3. this is an public forum and anyone can answer(have been told this by staff), if you want an answer by staff only message staff 4. taking advantage of a game dynamic isnt exploiting a bug, i posted why above in response to blexi also your using energy when you walk into a door so its not a bug, your just taking advantage of a game dynamic even so there is better ways to get hosped to get med merit. 5. 2 responses to your threads with legit answers in the last month is not stalking its giving you an answer, just like the last thread you made where i gave you the right answer(confirmed by staff) 6. if you dont want public responses then dont post in a public forum. 7. if i was replying to blexi how would that be circumventing any ignore feature(even so anyone can respond on a public forum as i stated before which is what staff told me when i said same thing bout someone else)
I am not accusing anyone of being guilty of these, we all know people use them every day. That's not the issue, the issue is how does a person know if it was intended to be used that way or not? Why would you ban a person for using the mechanics the developers made.
I remember a while ago some accounts were bugged for unlimited E, i believe "flint" a staff member was also but didn't inform anyone, that's an exploit.
if you think it a grey area, highlight it to staff to be sure :)
LOL the same staff that said I was wrong and flamed me in a player report when I told them about the sports science gym requirements? No thank you! I still have not got my apology for that one. I am not holding my breath either.
If you have a question about something you consider a bug you can either ask a staff member or post it in the bugs and issues forum. All of the so called exploits you mentioned in your first post were discussed at the time they came to light and deemed not bugs or exploits.
When the new educations first came out there was a bug/exploit with the law course that lets you self bail where you could bust other people or even yourself out of jail and if you failed the bust you got the smaller jail time for the failed bust giving yourself a cheaper bail. If me and a couple of other players had not reported it and kept using it then we would have been guilty of exploiting a game bug when caught.
So the moral is when in doubt ask and see what the answer is if it is a bug or not.
If you really think they're that much of a bug / loophole, why on earth are you asking about it in the questions forum? Opposed to going to Clansy or posting in bugs and issues?
If you're really that much of an idiot and need clarification on what constitutes bug abuse then mail an admin, i'm sure they'll respond.
No need to call people names. It was a legit question. Nobody is to say there is a question to ask, I just wanted clarification. If you don't have anything positive to add to the conversation please go troll else where.
