We don't know, maybe. Ched hinted at it.
Arsons are probably the best for CE.
Note that the 'Nerve bar guide' by Knights is said to be fairly suboptimal.

Stealth virus crimes are the best for CE the only reason people started to say Warehouse was good is because at the time money was hard to come by and arson pays more then stealth.
the browns on stealth virus can be tiresome though. its literally 50% even with a 45nb.
