The more happy you have the higher your stat gain will be. You want to shoot for owning or marrying someone with a fully upgraded p.i...if you overdose your happy will drop to 0 so you wanna fly to switz to rehab or use erotic dvds (which are a bit pricey if you do t have a lot of moneys)...and your happy will go back up...Good luck

Happy effects gym gains up to the stat cap at 50mil. You will notice that every time you train, your gains get bigger and bigger. Your gains in each stat increase exponentially until a stat gets to 50 million. After that, you will gain the same amount of the stat each have time (subject to other things educations and faction specials and such). At the stat cap, happy makes no difference on gains. I trained once and compared to one train after a xanax overdose and it was virtually the same.
