Way back when I am fairly sure that Ched announced how much up a percentage a person is carry in cash can be mugged. This could have been pre-update or a couple years back. Anyone have any clue what is the max percentage a person can be mugged? Obviously I know this is determined by a variety of factors. Thanks for the answers!

There's a new mugging system now. Currently those are the rates:
$10: 20.7%
$100: 18.39%
$1,000: 16.09%
$10,000: 13.79%
$100,000: 11.49%
$1,000,000: 9.18%
$10,000,000: 6.88%
$100,000,000: 4.58%
$1,000,000,000: 2.28%
$10,000,000,000: 1%
