I had 13x refills left, and when i clicked on it, it goes straight to 11x. Number 12 is missing..

I had 13x refills left, and when i clicked on it, it goes straight to 11x. Number 12 is missing..
It fills Nerve and Energy. Unless one is full then it will only fill one and it will only use 1 refill.
