I have faction problems.Our faction is new and we got a war from high level faction.We dont even have a choice to decline or accept.Then if that won't work what if faction protection for like 10days or 15days then if we wan attack the effect will gone.If this problem keep going then all the faction members players will quit the faction.I hope you guys fix it Thank You

I don't think you're in any position to be calling anything unfair with such limited experience.
The faction warring system is changing in a few months anyway. Nothing will be tweaked with this system.
Long story short is, you're too weak and not knowledgeable to lead a faction in torn.
Well ready your faction first?then only attack?then what?lvl2 guy got attack by lvl30 guy.Fair?
If you don't want to be attacked then don't be in a faction

Also posting about it on the forums will do nothing but make the beatdowns much more severe and much more common.
I thought factions were about caviar and champagne. Locking this as there's nothing to discuss. If you want ti suggest changes then there's a suggestions forum.
Any faction can be attacked by any other faction. In fact if you have a bunch of low levels you would be a good filler faction for wars where factions have new members and need easy targets.
Factions have benefits and consequences - Benefits are specials and faction bank, consequences are you can be declared on at any time.
