I see this all the time and wonder about the motivation. An item is selling at, let's say $75K in the bazaars and then somebody adds it at $50K, which is then followed up by a bunch of sellers jumping in at around the $50K mark devaluing the item.

Why would you logically do this ? If you are desperate to sell an item that is moving at $75K then price it at $74K, not $50K, and secondly if you see that one of an item is priced at $50K and then the next price point is $75K why jump in at the bottom ? It's not as though you are going to get rich by bottom feeding anyway.

The casino. The desperate need their daily fix. You wont prosper in this game if you get desperate.
That road is a well trodden one of begging and scamming and cheating and whining.

The person selling could have got them dirt cheap from a addict or the person putting them on their bazaar for cheap could be the addict.

This really annoys me. I usually set my price based on the cheapest 50-100 of an item if it's something that moves quickly.

"Set prices at how much you value them!"
There is definitely something to be said for this. I have started pricing my lottery ticket vouchers at $1.1 Million because I don't want to part with them for less. If the market gets to the point that they sell, that will be awesome. If I build up enough of them I might try to use them and see if I win.
