8 day old company and I have 1 job point
You only get job points per star / rank that your company is at.
You currently have 0 stars o.O (probably due to the company update)
as above. 0star companies do not give any jobpoints.
you'll need to wait until the next rank check (sunday 6pm). only companies with 0 weekly gain are put on 0 stars. Your company now makes a profit, so coming sunday your company will have it's star rating reviewed.
