Narrow your search to level 10-20, Online, Days Old (between 100-500). Then all you have to do is search the list of active players and check the icon next to thier name to see if they have a job already.
Simply send them a message asking to join your company.
Keeping a well bumped recruitment thread in the company recruitment forum, and keeping an eye on the 'looking for work' thread is also key. Many people also choose to post classified ads or advertisement banners in the newspaper.

Hey does anyone know what's the going pay rate for employees at a 5* sweet shop since the new update
it all depends if you want to rank the company or keep it profitable. I forsee an exodus of employees as the loss of getting cans to sell is a huge impact to their earning
