It's a confirmed bug:

The bazaar icon disappears whenever someone buys an item from your bazaar.

Mentions: Only a small bug (bazaar icon)

Ohh. So does it come back after a day or so?

Okay then din't know. I thought they removed it with the bazaar weapons change.

Thanks Link.

It will come back as soon as you refresh your icons. It will disappear each time you sell something from your bazaar though, so it could be tedious if you're a big seller.

Probs best to wait until the bug is fixed.
