    you should save your refills and ask your faction about hwo to train with E dvd's 20 refills + e dvd training method will boost you to 30k stats in one train.... costs ~10m though.

If its not a user error or some sort of dodgy addon on your browser requesting things twice then I'd suggest you head over to the bugs and issues forum with a screenshot of before, during and after clicking the link. Also let them know what browser and any addons you may be using.

Someone else might be able to shed some light on the issue but if what you are saying is correct then it would definitely be one for the devs to fix.

I dont know how to take a screen shot im sorry

Any staff member please move this into appropriate forums i really can use some help i used 4 refills today! but i am down to 13 something is wrong!

Taking screenshots needn't be hard. If you are on a PC then its as simple as hitting the button that says "Prt Scr" or similar. Once you have clicked that head on over to imgur.com and press CTRL+V. Copy the URL at the top in the address bar and put that in your post where need be.

You have 20 refills, one is used each time you fill either your nerve or energy, so if you deplete both and click refill it refills both at the cost of 2 refills.

EDIT: Looks like youve got donator status now, probably just a delay in the payment or something :)

2 charges are consumed because you don't have a full nerve bar. If you're looking to use your energy refills then you just use your energy when your nerve bar is full, train with your energy then refill(it will remove 1). As to why you have 20 refills - the game gives you them to start you off. And as mentioned 1 refill will do for energy or nerve (or happy - I think?) so you have to make sure nerve is full if you don't want to use one on it.

You won't ever really get a good chance to do that again. Best you'd be able to hope for is 1/3 that with stacking to Xanax.Well worth the 10 million. I'd almost venture to say stack your energy up to 1k to further the results and use Ecstasy after the erotic dvds to push yourself over the biggest milestone of stats. Use an actual refill as well to further gains.

Well that was a given. But either way it would push him a lot further and remember the key here is :20 refills aren't in your total energy available. So if he over doses all he will waste is the Ecstasy, Xanax, and the Erotic dvd, NOT the refills. The refills in this instance are far more valuable than the consumables.
