Ability to see which track you will be racing on, to stop having to change between my dirt and tarmac cars after joining race (its just inconvenient).

The app won't happen Chedburn has said that several times. The other ideas though I do like.
I hope the choose a car first happens
The first one cannot happen with the current racing system, which you have no idea about, it seems. The track is chosen based on your car upgrades and driving skill, so as to match you with opponents of your calibre.

For example you get paid paid 600k per day, you can set an amount, say 300k to come off the loan everyday.
And as for knowing nothing about the racing system, I don't care, what I do know is that I have to change my car as often it puts my road tuned car in mudpit, I am just saying see the track first not choose
If you know nothing about something, then you shouldn't suggest changes and not care about your lack of knowledge. That is common sense, which you seem to be a bit short on. I have already stated the reason in my post above, so unless you suggest an entire overhaul of the system, your suggestion is just another whine.

The "current" system doesn't work so well when I select merc it sometimes puts it in mudpit or select my evo will put it in speedway, great system. Before you shoot me down some more, I work in the construction industry and have little knowledge of how computer programmes work, although I'm ok at using them, remember that whilst your trying to make yourself feel clever by telling people they don't know what they're talking about. The planet would be a nicer place without that kind of attitude, a quick, friendly explanation would of been great but hey, if it helps you sleep at night knowing you know more about a certain thing than someone else and you got your opportunity to rub it in, so be it.
