My proposal is based on 45 nerve while it is enough to work with the difference between having "the top" nerve bar and being able to do the hardest organized crime is woefully huge. I'd say even further of a gap than 10-45 nerve.
My proposal: To make additional levels of nerve for progression. I'm suggesting raising it to 60, with 50 and 55 being signs of a improvement with 60 being "just a little off" or "there already" for the top organized crime. As it stands now it won't add that much of an imbalance to allow that as it will not improve their ability just their nerve bar (as a means of telling their experience)
Changing from 60 to 45 will provide an additional 15 nerve and has the regen implications of an additional 1 hour and 15 minutes of buffer without wasting nerve. This puts it on every 5 hours they'd need to do crimes or waste the nerve.
If 60 is too high I'd counter propose 55. If 55 would be the new max natural then 50 would be the "halfway there" symbol of experience.

I've reached the rating limit right now, but I'll definitely come back in a bit and rate +! I definitely think there should be an increase to the top NNB size!
Good to know. There is a way to get around the rating limit. It is just because you've R+'d so many of my posts relative to how many as a whole you've done. (At least I'm speculating that).
I think the point is to raise NNB and new crime exp to a point where it would be possible to reach enough crime exp to participate and succeed in PA OC's. Since Ched so kindly screwed us newer players out of ever being able to attain that goal with his busting nerf.
I know that but if we increase natural to say 60 then add another x ammount on top of that with company specials it gets a little overpowering. Not to mention that who knows what crimes 2.0 will bring. It will be an entirely new system.
How will it be overpowering? I mean if they would let their nerve fill up that means they lost natural regen for energy. All it will be is mostly symbolical of "HEY I'm in a whole other crime experience class". Like now you can attain a 45 nerve bar in <1 year, no busting involved to speed it up. To get to a pa without busting would probably be 5+ years of doing SAFE crimes without any major game changes in experience rewards. So knowing you're approaching would be helpful.

rhino you have my support on this bud, as someone that hasn't reached 45 just yet i can't speak from experience but I would like something to aim for in terms of goals and such.
