My subscription was updated on the 18/04. Payment was taken and donator days where added but the subscription icon is not longer there. I refreshed my icons and it has reappeared so appears not to be doing it automatically.

this has been an issue for a while, but i am not sure if there was anything ched could do about it.
This has been a problem for a while, although I assumed the new donation system would fix this. It's strange that sometimes the subscriber icon is not updated. Will ask Dima.
It happened a while back but I didn't report it that time. It doesn't seem to happen all the time not with me anyway.
i dont know if this is same problem i haven't been geting my free item this month for being a subscriber
Hi Veteran,
The issue has been solved some time ago, but even if the icon doesn't appear immediately then it will appear in 10 - 30 minutes after the payment.
