Is the max happiness cap (32767) changed based on the property you live in? (e.g. PI gives 32767 but mansion is a lower happiness cap)?

No. The maximum happiness of your property just determines the highest amount of happy you can stay at for longer than 15 mins. You can go over this up to 32767 using drugs, boosters etc., but your happy will reset …

No.
The maximum happiness of your property just determines the highest amount of happy you can stay at for longer than 15 mins. You can go over this up to 32767 using drugs, boosters etc., but your happy will reset back to the max of your property at the next 15 min mark.
Max. happy for P.I. is 5000 (including staff). You can TEMPORARY increase it by taking drugs upto 32767. But it will reset back at 15 min. mark time i.e :00/:15/:30/:45
how can I increase happy upto 32767 taking drugs ?
Eh max happy is 99999 now, this post is from a year ago.
There is a guide on how to get 99999 happy in the tutorial and guides section (too lazy to find it on my phone) but it involves joining a happy boosting company, 5edvds, and ecstasy.
Sweet shop for 30 days. be sure to prestack 1000 energy before to training and have a refill ready too. You can buy like 12 energy drink cans too and use them. Just need an ecstasy after you've cashed in on the special and you can gain I think around 100k total on 250-300k but never know until you do it yourself..
