i totally disagree with holding back on your lv as a fairly new player we just get killed all the time by these very low lv people with age over 3k at time so how are we ment to get some of the medals to gain merites ect as they are more and more low lv people doing it is just starting to ruin the game for the new players and think that attacking should go by the age and not the lv

hate to ruin it for you, but a lvl 100 can attack you too.
Just watch a players age , that should tell you if they're level holders or no =)
And as said above ,everyone can attack everyone :D

why don't you just join in the game and become a level holder yourself, when you start seeing the defends you feel like a beast ;)
In a text browser game you should get used to doing some reading. Just blindly flailing around and clicking on anything is no good. Before i attack someone i always look at their profile and decide whether i can beat them or not ie looking at age, xanax usage, energy refills and rehab.
If i dont think i can beat them i dont attack them its pointless. You have to be patient and you have to pay attention to succeed in this game you will fail in this game if you are twitchy you need to think about everything you do.

I agree with OP, big meanies always beat me up because I can't check their drugs used and crimes done stats.

You'd be surprised at how many level holders there really are in this game... My advice is the same as others... Check things like age and Xanax use... You need to do this if you are going to play this game with any success... IMHO... Best wishes...

I use to randomly attack lower levels then me thinking I'd win, until i attacked Shoogs working on the bounty merit. Now I always check their age and activity first, before clicking attack
