I'd recommend making them all 1 lap races. There is no advantage in making them 3 laps, and it takes more time. I often join 1 lap races and run my B class car to help people get their wins, but I rarely join when they are set up for 3 laps. I want to either do it fast and get done (1 lap) or run 100 laps to gain driver skill. Also, if I join a 1 lap race and they have the start timer set up to make us wait 5 or 10 minutes or more, I just leave. It's supposed to be a fast race, and I can't see why they add a bunch of unnecessary "sit around and wait for the start" time.
