I mean a way to block torn so i cannot pay threw my paypal account ?

No, just be an adult and make the conscious decision not to donate. If paypal offers an option to bloke donations, the next time you wish to donate you can just remove the block anyway.

Why would you want to?
When you are playing blackjack stop drinking coffee and you might lose the urge to buy more donator packs.
Just cancel the subscription?
Or do you mean that you want Paypal to tell you not to spend your money?
If you currently are subscribed to yearly donations, go into preapproved payments on paypal and make torn inactive
If you're a subscriber, there would be an X as a part of the icons, although nobody will know if you're a yearly or monthly donator.
It appears that the OP is not a subscriber. Probably just buying too many donator packs, and the real life financial set back is starting to sting.

I'd advise you not to dispute those payments on paypal by the way or say bye to your account for 3 years =D
