Hi everyone, sorry if this is the wrong place for this.

Is an under qualified employee better than not having an employee? I recently started a pub and am wondering if getting brand new players would hurt more than help me out.

As long as they have some stat they should do something, just not as much as a proper employee

It seems to be okay. Even with him having 0 for everything, it still had him at 20%. Thank you again.
