Set pay to zero , don't fire them until you get another app to replace them , an INactive is better than nobody

If employees go inactive how much does it matter for the companies profits/efficiency etc?

Does 2 days since last login make a massive difference, even if their stats exceed the requirements. Does it have an effect or what?

Should I wait to see the effect when i get the company report or kick them now and find replacements?

I'm not sure about TV station workings, but if you let one person slicks, others may want to also

It depends on their stats, if they have a lot more than the requirements then their efficiency remains higher for longer. You are better off replacing them anyway, they will just drag you down.

that sounds like a good idea, i mean they've both only been inactive for 2 days so i'll see if either of them log in tomorrow otherwise i might start finding a replacement
