i don't know if this is common but last month i purchased the monthly subscription for the donator pack and in doing so i received the icon as well as the benefits and free item, however after the auto renewal for this month my icon showing i was a subscriber disappeared. will i still get my free item and will my donator status still be renewed after this month and will this bug be addressed?

Please go to preferences then icons and click refresh your icons
