yo ucan fly to china to see the soother ( or whatever the hell her name is) and she will tell you the % to the next level.
the quickest way to level up is attack and once you beat someone, you LEAVE them on the street.
the higher level they are, the more exp you get per leave. a really good target is named Rowdy
I don't think you should power level.In fact i wouldn't recommend anyone to power level at all.Power leveling to level 15 is fine,otherwise don't do that.Don't levelhold either.
Just take xanax and train.By training you will level up gradually and that is best approach.
You can fly to china and ask fortune teller to find out how close you are to level up.
You can use the well known levelling bitches if you want to , but why make yourself into the next levelling bitch ? Its better to be a strong level 22 than a weak level 25. My advice ???? Don't power level
Quickest: attack higer level players with low stats and leave them. Or if you have the cash for it, pay people to attack you and lose.
Level with caution. You don't want to be rowdy 2.0.
