what is this all about?
I sent cash from $1-$20,000,000 to a bunch of random people in global and trade chat over the week end most of the time with the message: -the goat and the others times with no message

I've thought about just being generous & sending out random amounts of money to particular people. I cant make a decision on who though.

EASY, put all the known goats on ignore, as with all the suspect goats... and then from that list max out a random goats bounties
