Any musicians? If so what genre and instrument/s do you play?

80s Pop (Drums And Guitar)

I play clarinet, piano, guitar and tin whistle.

I used to play to a very high standard but have stopped playing pretty much for the last couple of years.

I like all genres of music more or less, but if I pick up and play without practicing for hours, it's normally folk.

Hello, guitarist here :)
Music is something I can talk about endlessly. I like a variety of genres, from classical, jazz, up until the 90s.

When I play, it's something from classic rock to heavy metal, from the 70s-90s era.
I can also play a few licks from Steve Vai - I'm a big fan of his music.

And of course musicals, everything from Webber. Sometimes I transcribe the piano parts to guitar and then sing along :) There's nothing like playing songs and themes from The Phantom of the Opera all night long..

Gigged for just over 20 years with a stack of boards and my wife as singer.
Had a great time doing cruise ships, holiday camps, TV and other stuff
Gave it up 3 years ago and just play for myself now with a tyros5 and a few synths hooked in line
For once I can play what I want, not what the punters demand :)
Never made a fortune but it was a well paid hobby.
Genre wise, we were able to play just about anything - ranged from the 1920s to the naughties which kept everyone happy
One evening it could be strict tempo dance stuff the next could be 50s RnR - all good fun

Bass and guitar. Metal punk and rock! Bands in my teens till about age 25. Work and jams and gigs dont mix. Unfortunately :(

I Can't read music, but I play anything from Five Finger Death Punch to Mozart. I play by ear and have been doing so since I was 5.

Sadly, I recently broke my thumb during a wrestling match and can no longer play Piano for the time being, I was told I might not be able to move it like I used to...

Another guitarist here, been playing for 11 years. I was in a few punk bands but now it's just a hobby.
