I have asked staff about a thing with paypal i have had2 different answers,1 was to e-mail george@torn.com have done this twice now and had no reply to either i need to know if its my e-mail not getting through or is george busy or away somewere.

Have done waiting for a reply.
Will close this report as you know the appropriate steps to take.
If she doesn't reply to you via that email then just try sending her a mail in game or try payments@torn.com (like you have) and wait for a reply.
