so i think its a little ridiculous that two people cant play on the same IP address, or send money, yea i get the fact of people having multiple accounts is cheating, but i think its crap that me and my little brother cant play a game together cause of the same IP i just recruited my very good buddy who im chilling with but now i risk being banned cause hes using my internet? im sure there are other ways of keeping track of multis and cheaters, and having only one account to an IP address is the wrong way of going about keeping cheaters away

Well this is in place so people who live together also cannot interact and thus it's doing exactly what it's meant to do. A thing people do when visiting friends and not wanting to cause an IP block is to simply play via a VPN and one on the home connection but don't do this unless you do not live together.
edit: if you want the block to go away then simply don't play on the same IP and it'll go after a few months
yes for Myanmar People too.. We can't help each other. As for real world.. friend help each other. But here we can't do like that. I m sure we r not multi. plz check and help me out of this problem. I would like to help my friends.. I got money but I can't give them. So plz ...... We r not multi. We r from Myanmar.. Myanmar have only one IP. So what should we do now. plz solve that ploblem...

you have the people from myanmar to blame really.. well also the fact you're given a bad IP range, it's common for players from that area to create multis and so something had to be done about it meaning the IP block while blocking legit players is needed.
You, your brother and your friend can play on the same IP. You just can't interact such as sending each other money or items for anything up to 90 days since the last login on the same IP.
You can marry, mail, join the same company and faction (baring in mind you don't use this to transfer items or money, you'll be punished if you do so)

The IP block is in place so players don't create multis on the same IP's and basically have loads of accounts with max bank caps, multiple stock benefit blocks, numerous company jobs ect as it's an unfair advantage on players who abide by the rules.
