If you read, the 'snapshot' is taken every 24 hours (which is why the information won't be exactly up to date to within the last few hours).

I would love accounts made, accounts banned added to stats after the "new" update

well their is one that was reported where a guy in the questions forum said he has had more then 1 account for a while now and nothing has been done so guess they are

You have no idea what was done and what wasn't (last time I checked non-staff can't access a players records/history). Just because an account is not immediately deleted it doesn't mean no action is taken.

First offence for multis is just a warning now a days opposed to jail time.

If you think Ched can tell whether someones brother, mother, sister, room mate, whoever is living in the same house with the same IP is either just that, a friend, or relative. Or more likely the latter, multis. Pandora's box. There is absolutely no way he can tell.

Catch 22 is he can make it so that for most players it isn't worth the effort to have another account and get past without being noticed..
