(Don't lock this based on the title!)
Anyway, heres the idea. Your criminal record on torn is used to accept jobs. If you have shoplifting crimes in it, or similiar, you can't get shop based jobs.
OR
That doing crimes, hinders your chance of getting a job full stop.
You like or would this change things to much?
Crimes, like training is something everyone does and is essential to progress really
(I can vaguely remember 1 player who did no crimes what so ever)
To make it so you can't do crimes to become employed would hinder progress and would make it so either levelling using crimes or gaining starter job passives / merits from them hard to achieve.
I like the idea of a chance the interviewer not giving you a starter job but I think it would just cause too many set backs.
A logical but bad idea. This is a crime game, doing this might make climbing out of the holes of poverty and low levels harder, which is something I can't support because we went away from the hard start quite some time ago.
I like making the early game harder again.
How ever, what about the people already having huge criminal records.
You effectively cheat them out of pretty much everything.
Technically, if a criminal record were implemented, it would only include crimes that the player was caught committing.
By the time a player has been caught enough times to be blacklisted from a starter job, they'll probably have a position in a company anyways. Starter jobs are just that: starter jobs.
Unless there was a way to expunge one's criminal record, auto-blacklisting would only hinder progress, like -18- said. Assuming it occurred at a point where there was any progress left to hinder. If implemented, it would either have no effect or it would have a massively detrimental effect.
meh my feelings on this idea is neutral.
lets see, ive robbed banks, lawyers, stolen from stors stalls, robbed a lot of places, killed people, copied media
what jobs does that mean i CAN take?
R- for obvious reasons
