There's a fortune teller in China last I heard, although never really gone over to see for myself.

A few tips would be to train, do crimes and attack, leaving people in the street is said to cause the most xp.

There are probably other ways, maybe someone else will reply with more.

You have to be level 15... Then you will unlock the ability to travel to various destinations... One of which is China where you can purchase certain items (The fortune teller in China cost 75,000) You can carry 5 items default and get a large suitcase for 4 more and a PI with an airstrip will allow 10 more... Also the Faction special cumber allows more items depending on it's level... For example a faction with cumber 5 allows 5 extra items... Cumber 10 10 extra items and so forth... Certain companies allow extra items as well... For example a 10 star cruise line will stack and allow a total of 5 extra items... You can travel once level 15 by going to the city and clicking on travel agency... Or if you or your Torn spouse has a PI (Rented or owned) with an airstrip and a pilot you must hire you can travel on your private plane by going to properties... I hope I have helped with some of your questions...

Abridged version. You fly there. You can start flying at lvl 15.

Here's a great power leveling guide. After 15 it's better to not power level.

Once you hit level 15 the game opens up for you, flower or plushie running earns you good money. That's buying items abroad and selling them once you return.

I'd advise spending a few hours reading every single tutorial going in the tut's and guides section here on the forum, really is invaluable information that will give you a huge advantage over your compadres who haven't spent the time doing ground work.

Don't beg, or annoy high level players who have nothing better than stomp on people who get on their nerves. Spend all your e on training and keep your head down, it's a slow starting game but worth it once you get past the noob phase.
