If you do not see the option to enable Vault Sharing then it is most likely your ad blocker. Either disable your ad blocker or add the page/site to the ad blocker whitelist. Hopefully this will save someone the time it took for me to figure it out.

PS: The option to enable will be directly below your withdraw/deposit options.
