now is it 6 30 am or pm and is it tc time or RL time? still don't understand how if i pay everyday i get double amounts every other day. explain in a nice way so my dumb ass can understand please.

You paid fees for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th. You have not paid twice for one day.
