[image: images.duckduckgo.com]At your level a company is far too expensive to run better to join established companies and train, look for energy specials.

Yes it is better to have maximum number of employees, with max sales staff, just do not pay them anything to rank up stars.

No employess at all will not allow your company to get above zero stars, the effect of this in the current company upgrade version is all the actual company specials will not work, also you cannot comlete training of yourslef with only a director, and the company will no earn any money no matter how long you hold on to it, as you will have no empplyess to get sell inventory and male cash. Better to join an established company with great specials in the 5 - 10 star range, train all your stats too.

At your level, it is better train all your stats 3x xanax daily, and to join the Army and save all your (1.000-1,500) job points to be converted at one time to 1M+ stats directly. See the Army guides for job points. Enjoy the game !

If you have not upgraded the number of employees you can have in your business, I suggest not doing it yet. You are better off having employees that show up daily than not having the position filled at all. Try to put the employees with the most stats in the positions that are most crucial. I've never had a problem with effectiveness but then my company has a lot of high stat employees so perhaps the low stat emps don't make a huge difference because of that. I do know that I do better keeping the positions filled over having them empty. Get busy with your business classes too. you need all the perks from that. You are way young to have a company and it might be important to know that you should plan on putting money into your company regularly. I have never taken money out of a company.

Oh... you do need to buy a breakroom tho... Employees need to be kept happy.

Fill it up before replacing employees, even inactives IMO, as long as you have a good manager he'll carry the inactives to a degree.
