On Wednesday Oct. 7th, 2015 I order a donator pack for $5.00 and I didn't receive it. Also it did go thru my bank on Oct. 8th, 2015 on a Thursday, and it is now pay for thru paypal and now I don't have 30 days on my donator pack. Is there a bug issue on this matter? If not I would like to have my money return back to me. This is a urgent matter.

You should find the Donator Pack in your item inventory, also to get the 30 days donator status, you then need to use it.
