I have a question, and everyone seems to have different answers :P

The question is, as a director, how stats does one gain (END, INT and MAN)?
Does it rely on company stars and/or company type, or is it always the same as 50 MAN, 50 END, and 50 INT respectively?

A director's stat gains are based on star rating

0 star = nothing
1 star = 5 of each stat
2 star = 10 of each stat
3 star = 20 of each stat
4 star = 35 of each stat
5-10 star = 50 of each stat
