There were only 5 or 6 games in progress at the time and only one game with stakes of a million and a buy in of 50 million, I don't know the game ID, If you would like me to find this for you then let me look at the reports, it can't be that difficult

gameID is a must to check poker bugs simply because there are too many outcomes, and the chance to find the correct one without it is low (also, you didn't provide any kind names (who actually won)).

So, lost_sloux had A, K, 9, 4, 4, you had A, Q, 9, 4, 4. No bug here?

Actually, it's very easy to provide all required info right away - to avoid delays like was in this case. Not sure, why you was so angry, because of "gameID is a must to check poker related bugs."? I don't see anything bad in this, it's a common practice to gather as much info as we can to find the problem.
