Why should Torn invest into a mobile app that will be extremely expensive, require further developers, only affect a small handful of players, and require a new patch and update after every single minor change to the game?
So I ask again... what could this possibly offer that the current mobile layout of the site could not?

Agree with Bogie. What's wrong with Torn.com on your iPhone browser? The only thing you're missing from the computer experience is maybe CityWatch for real-time notifications ... is that what you're asking for?
