Voodoo Priestess says " You will achieve next NB level soon" etc. Because NB can fluctuate up and down i see a closer destination being appropriate. You pointed out that the crime psychic is useless to some, and they were pointing out that so is the level psychic.
yeah, i'm proposing that the level psychic is probably useless to a lot more people than a nerve bar psychic would be. so, by that standard, it has more of a place in this game than the level psychic.

a good compremise would be to make it a once a month function ? that way youd have to waste a month of crimes if you wanted an accurate % on a crime
although i dont see that happening either
