WIthout blinding you with numbers its less than half of what you would get in a unupgraded city bank account.
None of them are really worth it, they pay out roughly 4 times a year, with an average payout of 5% of what the original benefit blocks were worth (back when they were based on dollar amounts and not shares).
They are only a nice bonus if you're holding a stock as shares for profit. Not worth it really to invest alone in. Although probably slightly better return than caymens in some of them.
dividend stocks should be acquired after any benefit blocks that pay out items, I'm pretty sure you will always get a better return on your money through free items.
This thread by Beerstein explains most all investment options, with dividend bonus blocks in the list at #10 or so, depending on your personal goals:

I like IOU a lot. Every so often someone will do a class action law suite, and you get part of that. I haven't got one in a long time, but it's fun to get a few million from someones class action suites. And then you get paid the dividend on top.
I had the IOU block for about 3 months and received a single payout of 20 million. I've just sold it as I needed the cash for something else. It was a luxury buy when I was flush.
