I was just curious and typed "torn time" in google. It took me to the torn wiki page.

That's out of date. Please update it [:sick:]

It's now UTC year round, doesn't follow GMT and BST anymore.

explains why in summer I'm 2 hours ahead and in winter 1 hour!
