You need to use ONLY your fists in this mission, that's not a bug. And when you made an attack with other weapons and mission was already accepted it will fail, other attacks will not count.

No really sure, what do you mean? Some missions have only one attempt to complete (like this one). In other cases you may have nedless amount of tries. This mission is already failed for you because you used weapon when attacked that person right after accepting.

I have attacked my target for The Executive Game 5 times, beaten him 3 times using ONLY fists and kicks, and the mission is not completing.
