Today is 2015/12/18 7:47 PM. When i leveled up to 50, the level up screen said I would get the rank of Outstanding. I have yet to receive the rank or the merit for it.

Due to networth rank triggers changing you've lost a rank or ranks in the background, you've caught up one by reaching those levels. It will all come right once you've reached the appropriate networth trigers.
