Is that better than assassinating mob boss? Because I heard this increases your nerve bar more. Im still on 30..
its debatable
ive heard mob boss gives more exp but i found i was getting alot more blues vs warehouse so i went back to warehouse
kidnap mayor is also ment to give very good exp, perhaps the most, just keep 75k on you for reds
these 3 are debated between as the best 3 crimes
