I'm now at Rank C in racing, and I'd like to remove my old rank d, rank e car.
Is it possible? Can someone help me how to do it?

In theory, you can un-enlist a car. But you can only do that with cars that have no upgrades.
In practice, almost every car you enlist is going to get upgraded, and at that point you're stuck with it.
Unless you want to race those over and over until eventually crashes remove all the upgrades, they are yours forever.
