If one wanted to make a banner with a title unique something like Beastiality would that be allowed.
I looked for the rules on the graphics and they don't seem to be present about what you can
or can't do or say. no pictures or videos are involved.

Torn is supposedly PG-13. Interpret that as you will.
Unless the content's a graphic depiction or description of something offensive, or is an abusive term in itself, it should be ok. Also, since various colorful terms are common and appear to be acceptable in player names, I think it should be ok...

yes i saw many name using words that should not be allowed as the rules said PG-13, but all name were used in account that are inactive for age, or young account that are fed
