if i buy property with airstrip from property market do i still get the LuxuryReal Estate:Upgrade a Private Island with a Airstrip merit ? thanks.

yes you do, you will get it once you move into the property

Yes you do.

If you have a friend who trusts you and he has a pi with yacht and other upgrades, then borrow the pi for a min to get both pi merits
