Sometimes when I log in my mobile background changes to various images, typically multi colored dollar signs. Most recently it was an overlay of every green link at the top to the right of the TORN logo, while all the clickable links had a line through the middle and were hard to distinguish. Is this normal?

this is more then likely an issue on your end, a cache issue. clearing your cache and temp files should resolve this issue.
