Medical items seem to be the most lucrative and there is the promise of weapon attachments in the future, but is it worth it to hold on to every point? Is it going to be a fallout kind of thing where many attachments drop at once or a 1 a week big drop where you need that weapon? The spending cap I've seen so far was 1500ish (not achievable) so there has to be a kind of formula involved in terms of value to credit, but can we civilians get a little glimpse into where the missions are going?

Attachments aren't yet available and most people (from a thread in general discussion) are saving for when they are released.
No one knows apart from developers how frequently the drops will be or how much they'll cost. I guess they'll drop once or twice randomly like ammo does atm
