The 10 star special in a Lingerie Store is a 50% increase in your speed when not wearing armour as well as the 7 star special which does the same to dexterity, the 7 star special in an Adult Novelties Store reduces your opponents speed by 25% and the 10 star special in a Music Store increases all of your stats by 10%.
