502 errors

i got exactly this 502 today. In the login screen, but my browser refreshed the page by itself, and it was gone.

1) What date / time did you see the error? - A few minutes ago, and regularly over the past week or so.


2) Which page produced the error? - I am travelling back from SA, and on the main index page. Was just using faction chat.


3) What server were you on? - How can I see that whilst travelling? I don't know.


4) Do you receive 502's regularly, what frequency? - At the moment, multiple times per day. Predominantly on my computer, but also on mobile.


5) Are there any particular pages or times when it happens more often? - No. It's occured during various times of day.


6) What country are you in? USA


7) What is your ISP? TWC/Spectrum


8) Are you on DSL / broadband or a mobile connection? Broadband.


9) Wired or WIFI? Wifi.


10) What's your operating system and browser? Win 10, Chrome Version 60.0.3112.113 (Official Build) (64-bit)


11) Do you notice delays / lag before the error appears, or does it appear instantly? Instantly.


12) Were you doing prior to the error appearing? Were you making lots of actions in a short time frame? Nope. What would be considered a lot of actions in a short time frame? Also on this instance I was travelling, and only on faction chat.


13) Coke or Pepsi? Yeah yeah yeah.


14) Are you certain it was a '502' error and NOT a '504' error? Could be the Twilight Zone, eh.

I am now stuck using Microsoft edge as chrome is stuck on a bad gateway 100% of the time.



I have cleared history etc but simply doesn't work, hope that helps.

Been getting this all day on Chrome, works on other browsers. Looked at another thread on this issue and I was able to get the page to load if I used an incognito tab within Chrome, but otherwise the 502 appeared.

I got that 503. it happened since I've upgraded to the latest FIREFOW browser.

Version info: 52.3.0 (32-bit)

got 502 on chrome since this morning

However no problem on edge or IE, as well as mobile chrome.

Also works in Incognito mode

4) Yes, every time I make API requests for certain items. Currently, items Peony (276 itemmarket only), Red Fox Plushie (268 itemmarket only), and Monkey Plushie (269 - bazaar only) are giving 502s.

I've had repeated 502 bad gateway errors over the past few days. I'm on iPhone and not sure how to upload a screenshot but if it continues I will have to cancel my subscription.

It is regular. I get logged out and try to access www.torn.com cloudfare gives me the message and tells me the problem is at your end.

please sort it out because it is making the game unplayable

1)Being intermittently seen 502 errors for the last week. However yesterday from approx 5.40pm -1.30am tct I was unable to login.

My 502 errors are pretty random there is really no relation between them, like i just got one today when i was trying to enter a race but i got one 4 days ago when trying to enter the city, the servers are different each time too

I had it on twice on my chrome. Exactly how it happened with most people showing bad gate way and also had the retry for live version a few times too

Im still unable to do screen shots a year later. Even with a staff telling me step by step(I can upload to my personal profiles pictures just not forum)This games not meant for mobile and seems mobile is ALWAYS causing major issues.

I had 3 502 errors in the last 30 min. They sent me to the Cloudflare screen which said my browser was working and Cloudflare was also working. Everything else on my browser is working. These both lasted for over five miniutes saying the host was offline. I spoke to some other people via discord and nobody else was suffering from this.
